  We currently deliver within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia).
• Delivery Time
  • West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
    (Delivery time may be slightly longer during festive seasons or high sales periods.)
• Shipping Fees
  • West Malaysia:
    • Orders RM50 & above → Free Shipping
    • Orders below RM50 → Flat rate RM10
  • East Malaysia:
    • Orders below RM50 → Flat rate RM15
    • Orders RM50 & above → Flat rate RM10
• Courier Partners
  We work with trusted partners such as J&T Express, Flash Express, and Ninja Van.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to enjoy shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

• Eligibility
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags & packaging.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional items, innerwear & accessories are not eligible for return.
• Process

  2. Our team will verify and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back in secure packaging.
  4. Once inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refund Method
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–14 working days for processing.
• Return Shipping Costs
  • Wrong / defective items: We cover the return shipping fee.
  • Change of mind / size / color: Customer bears the return shipping fee.
